FATIMA JOSEPH

Fatima graduated in LLB from Colombo University and practiced as Attorney at Law with Murugesa Mudaliar Firm in Colombo for over three years. During her practice she handled various corporate matters relating to amalgamations, acquisitions, takeovers and other internal matters of reputed international corporations in Sri Lanka.

Her rich experience flows derivative actions to share holder remedies, family law disputes like divorce and separation application, child custody etc.

Having worked as an administrator on the Real Estate files with reputed Law firms in Ontario for over seven years, the expertise she acquired in the purchase and sale of residential homes, commercial establishments, condos and cottage properties, wills and power of attorney documents is an asset in assisting the Law firm dealing in Real Estate matters.
